The Exchange is designed to support focused work across the full 1.5 days through:

Short, precise training segments to sharpen key TQ distinctions:

• Structured working sessions that apply those distinctions immediately
• Reciprocal problem-solving with peers who are equally engaged
• Guided facilitation to keep work grounded, relevant, and productive

Participants typically leave with greater clarity about:

Small working cohorts are welcome and encouraged.
There is no prerequisite for this event; a Friday Level-Up Event is available for those needing an introduction or want a refresher.
